Because the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieves for oxygen is significantly different with the pressure, the oxygen molecules adsorbed by carbon molecular sieves can be desorbed by reducing the pressure, and the carbon molecular sieves can be reused It can be used repeatedly. There are two adsorption towers in the system, one is adsorption to produce nitrogen, and the other is desorption to release oxygen for regeneration. The imported PLC control cycle is used to replace the adsorption regeneration of the two towers to complete the continuous operation of the nitrogen generator to produce high-quality nitrogen.
