Under the effect of the pressure difference between the two sides of the membrane, the gas permeation speed is relatively fast, such as water, hydrogen, helium, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, etc. through the membrane, the permeability and side of the cell membrane are enriched, and the gas permeation speed is relatively slow, such as methane, carbon monoxide, nitrogen, argon and other gases are intercepted at the side of the membrane for enrichment, so as to achieve the purpose of separating mixed gases.
At the same time, the nitrogen adsorption mechanism of the molecular sieve increases with the nitrogen adsorption mechanism. Under the same pressure, the equilibrium adsorption capacity of oxygen and nitrogen has no obvious difference. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve a useful separation of oxygen and nitrogen only by changing the pressure. If the adsorption rate is further considered, the adsorption of oxygen and nitrogen can be effectively separated. The diameter ratio of nitrogen to oxygen is small, so the diffusion rate is hundreds of times higher than that of nitrogen, so the adsorption rate of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen is also very fast, reaching more than 90% in about one minute; only 5% of nitrogen can be absorbed, so the rest of the body will generally absorb oxygen.
